Phygital Games launches for Games of the Future 2025 qualification
HONG KONG, July 15th, 2024: Phygital teams, sportspersons and fans around the world assemble! The race to the pinnacle of the phygital sporting calendar, the Games of the Future 2025 has officially begun!
Today, the World Phygital Community (WPC), announced that it is formally open for membership. This will be the first phygital sporting community organization of its kind in the world. It pledges to promote phygital sport and its disciplines globally whilst uniting phygital pioneers. The WPC will also be responsible for upholding the rules and regulations of the phygital sporting ecosystem as well as ensuring its members have a clear path to glory at the Games of the Future 2025 in UAE.
Members of the WPC will be able to participate in the hugely anticipated 2024-2025 national tournament season, the Phygital Games. The Championship works as the core precursor and qualifying mechanism for the Games of the Future 2025 via a refined team rating system – ensuring all teams and players are clear on their qualifying route to phygital glory in UAE next year.
To aid on their journey to the Games of the Future, members of the WPC will have access to a host of informative and crucial information with regards to the tournament structure of the Phygital Games as well as the intrinsic qualifying criteria for the Games of the Future, and the official Phygital Rules and Regulations.
The Phygital Games represents a brand-new global multi-sport tournament structure featuring ten innovative, youth-oriented, and technological disciplines including phygital football, phygital hockey, phygital shooter, phygital skateboarding and many more.
